Cross Country
ORANGEBURG, SC – Senior Andrew Latimer and Graduate student Debrielle Williams were the top finishers for the South Carolina State cross country teams at the 40 annual Winthrop Adidas Invitational Jun. 30 at Rock Hill.
Latimer finished 39th overall in the men’s 8K field of over 60 performers in a time of 28.24, while Williams, who led the Lady Bulldogs for the second time in as many outings, was clocked in a time of 23.30 to finish 42nd in the 6K field.
Catawba won the seven-team men’s team title with a score of 23, while Elon captured the eight-team women’s team title with a score of 25.
