BALTIMORE, MD (February 14, 2022)—Freshman guard Nicole Gwynn finished with a team-high 12 points and six rebounds, while teammate Victoria Jordan added 11 but it wasn’t enough as South Carolina State suffered an, 76-48, setback to Morgan State Monday (Feb.14th) at Hill Field House.

South Carolina State falls to 3-20 overall, 3-6 in the MEAC, while Morgan State improves to 12-6 overall, 6-2 in the league.

Up Next: South Carolina State returns home for the final of a two-game home stretch of the regular season versus Maryland-Eastern Shore(Feb. 19th) on Saturday in the first of a double-header beginning at 2 p.m., followed by a showdown with Delaware State 5:30 p.m. on Monday (Feb. 21st).
