Orangeburg, SC (October 2, 2022) – The SC State women’s volleyball team suffered a tough setback in 3-0 conference match to NC Central, on Sunday afternoon, inside Duke Gymnasium. The Lade Eagles won in three sets, 25-11, 25-10, and 25-10. With this loss, the SCSU drops to 0-13 for the season, while NC Central improves to 3-10.
The Bulldogs were led by Gabrielle Panzetta, who tallied five kills and a team-high four digs. Siela Avea finished with 11 assists. Kiarra Rosales had a match-high four service aces.
