Dover, DE (October 9, 2022) —The South Carolina State women’s soccer team fell short in their match against fellow MEAC Member, Delaware State in a 0-3 defeat Sunday (Oct 9th) at Drass Field.
Interim head coach Liz-Amanda Brown and the Lady Bulldogs played tough throughout the way with shot attempts from Jordin Harris and Kayla Moses.
First-year goalkeeper Denim Whitted finished with a team-high 8 saves on the day.
NEXT UP South Carolina State travel to Washington, D.C. to face Howard University in a 4 pm. match Monday, Oct. 10th at Greene Stadium.
